The Regatta offers a wide range of events, but is limited as to the number of races it can accommodate. Wave 1 will be nominally from 0830 to 1100, Wave 2 from 1130 to 1400, and Wave 3 from 1430 to 1700. These timing are subject to change depending upon entries.

The Committee reserves the right to refuse entries which are incomplete, to cancel any event with insufficient entries, and to close the entry system early if capacity has been reached. In the case of what it judges to be insufficient entries for a viable event, the Committee will transfer the entry to the next higher class without reference, unless it is made clear on the entry that this is not acceptable. If a crew wishes not to be accommodated by this method, preferences must be made clear in the free-text part of the BROE entry.

In the event of cancellation of the regatta, refund of fees will be made after taking into consideration all unavoidable costs.
